For decades, the British have used bakers weight-per-tuber-wise, typically in the sizes 40' ( 375 grams), 50' ( 300 grams) and 60' ( 250 grams), delivered in 15 kg cartons on pallets.
In co-operation with British packers, Karmark Int. A/S offers bakers for use in the catering and retail sectors.
