BENCMARKING of Salad Potatoes

The salad potato "ALLIANS" has recently been benchmarked to test the sensory profil against leading salat potatoes in England, and achieved top ratings.

In the overall impression "ALLIANS" achieved 9 of 10 possible scores, but in particulary achieved the variety high ratings with in each of the attributes: Aroma, Flavour, Texture and Aftertaste.
